In July 2010, the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles approved the final design of the Operation Enduring Freedom license plate. The OEF License Plate Committee (left) asked Delegate Rob Bell to carry the legislation which was ultimately approved and signed into law. The plate will be available beginning in August 2010.

In 2008, Chris was a contributing author in the Virginia Continuing Legal Education Manual (CLE) Defense of Serious Traffic Cases in Virginia. Chapter 5 discusses Trial Strategy.
